Kindly list the within action as a Lis Pendens against that certain par el of real estate situate in
East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, being the same pr ises which Lorna G. Sheetz
granted and conveyed unto Robin G. Lytle, A/K/ A Robin G. Sheetz- ytle, by deed dated August
31, 1998, recorded at Cumberland County Deed Book 184, Page 5 2, and described therein as
Tract 2, and identified as Cumberland County Tax Parcel 11-3010-7.
The above-captioned action affects an interest in the described real roperty, and any purchasers
ofthe described real property should have constructive notice thereo .

PRAECIPE TO WITHDRAW LIS PENDENS
To the Prothonotary:
Kindly withdraw the Lis Pendens lately listed against that certain parcel of real estate situate in
East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, being the same premises which Lorna G. Sheetz
granted and conveyed unto Robin G. Lytle, AlK/A Robin G. Sheetz-Lytle, by deed dated August
31, 1998, recorded at Cumberland County Deed Book 184, Page 532, and described therein as
Tract 2, and identified as Cumberland County Tax Parcel 11-3010-7.
Plaintiff has voluntarily dismissed the above-captioned action with respect to the owner of the
above-described real property, as a result of a settlement.
