Sheetz-Lytle, by deed dated August 31, 1998, recorded at Cumberland County Deed Book 184, Page 532, and described therein as Tract 2, and identified as Cumberland County Tax Parcel 11-3010-7. Plaintiff has voluntarily dismissed the above-captioned action with respect to the owner of the above-described real property, as a result of a settlement.
