AND NOW, this 31st day of May, 2006, upon
consideration of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court's denial of
the applicants' request for a marriage license and after
hearing, the Court finds that the Clerk of the Orphans'
Court has properly performed her duties under the Domestic
Relations Code; and further, that the applicants understand
the contract of marriage and do possess the qualifications
to be married; and, therefore:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk
of Orphans' Court shall forthwith issue a marriage license
to Paul Phillips, Jr. and Marlene Clelan. The three day
requirement is hereby waived.
