WHEREAS, Paramount Development, Inc. of Cumberla d County, Pennsylvania
(herein "Owner") is about to execute contemporaneously here ith, a contract, with
Paramount Development, Inc. of Cumberland County, pennsyl ania (herein
"Contractor"), for the construction work on a building upon Lot 112, Meadowbrook
Farms, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly s t forth on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, May 22, 2006, at the time of and immediately be~ re the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by aid Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchas materials for the same
in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner nd the further
consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid to Contractor y Owner it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor,
nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for t e erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated i~Middlesex Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 112, as hown on a plan
entitled, "Meadowbrook Farms; Final Subdivision Plan Ph se IV" dated
September 24, 2004, by Penn Terra Engineering, Inc., Sta e College,
Pennsylvania, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin, being a northerly comer of Lot No. III
and lying in an easterly right of way line of Farmhouse Lan ; thence along said
right of way, along a curve to the left, having a chord beari g of N32028'32'W, a
chord distance of 9.76 feet, a radius of 60.00 feet and an a c length of 9.77 feet
to an iron pin; thence along a curve to the right, having a cord bearing of
N 1 0008'58'W, a chord distance of 22.69 feet, a radius of 2 .00 feet an arc length
of 23.55 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along said ri ht of way,

pin, being a southeasterly corner of said lot and lying in a w sterly line of Future

LOT No. 112 is subject to a 10' utility/sidewalk easement along its
street frontage and a 20' wide sanitary sewer easement alo g its northerly
boundary.
BEING part of the same premises which Mary erdelli, by her deed
dated January 4, 1989 and recorded January 5, 1989 in the ffice of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylv nia, in Deed Book
T33, Page 296 granted and conveyed unto Pamay Develop ent Co., Inc., a
Pennsylvania business corporation, in fee.
