WHEREAS, Paramount Development, Inc. of Cumberla d County, Pennsylvania
(herein "Owner") is about to execute contemporaneously here ith, a contract, with
Paramount Development, Inc. of Cumberland County, Pennsyl ania (herein
"Contractor"), for the construction work on a building upon Lot 108, Meadowbrook
Farms, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly s t forth on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, May 22,2006, at the time of and immediately bef re the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by aid Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchas materials for the same
in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner nd the further
consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid to Contractor y Owner it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor,
nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any other perso for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for he erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Middlesex Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No.1 08, as thOWn on a plan
entitled, "Meadowbrook Farms; Final Subdivision Plan Pha e IV" dated
September 24, 2004, by PennTerra Engineering, Inc., Stat College,
Pennsylvania, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin, being a southerly corner of Lot No.1 07
and lying in a westerly right of way line of Farmhouse Lan; thence along said
right of way, along a curve to the left, having a chord beari g of S13019'03'W, a
chord distance of 60.28 feet, a radius of 80.00 feet and an rc length of 63.16
feet to an iron pin, lying in a westerly line of said right of wyand being a
northerly corner of Lot No. 109; thence along said lot S730 9'43'W, 217.85 feet
to an iron pin, being a westerly corner of said lot, lying in a northerly line of
Future Phase 5 and being a southerly corner of Lot No.1 0 ; thence along said
lot and along Lot No.1 05 N2901 0'19"E, 249.10 fee to an ir n pin, lying in a
southerly line of Lot No.1 05 and being a westerly corner 0 Lot No.1 07; thence
along said lot S460 31 '36"E, 139.15 feet to an iron pin, bei g the place of
beginning, containing 0.508 acres.
LOT No. 108 is subject to a 10'utility/sidewal easement along its
street frontage and a portion of an existing 50'wide Mobile ipeline Right of Way
along its westerly boundary.
BEING part of the same premises which Ma Verdelli, by her deed
dated January 4, 1989 and recorded January 5, 1989 in th Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsy vania, in Deed Book
T33, Page 296 granted and conveyed unto Pamay Develo ment Co., Inc., a
Pennsylvania business corporation, in fee.
