WHEREAS, KOLLAS AND COSTOPOULOS, of 1104 Fernwood Avenue,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to s Owner, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Glenn Snider, r., and Glen Miner,
t/dlb/a SNIDER-MILLER BUILDERS, for the erection of a house ciliary to development in
a complex known as Wertz Run Heights, Phase Ill, Cumberland Coun y, Pennsylvania,
construction described as follows:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts or parcels of ground on Lot No. 40 of North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particu arly bounded and
described as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part h reof
NOW, this 12th day of May, 2006, at the time of and i ediately before the
execution of the principal contract dated May 12, 2006, and before an authority has been given
by the said Owner, to the said Contractor to commence work on the d building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the marking of the said contr ct with Owner, and the
further consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00), to Contractor aid by Owner, it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any b-contractor, nor by any
of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or aterials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the 'ght to file such liens
being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT "A"
All that certain tract of land located in North Middleton TOrShiP, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 40 Phase 3 Wertz Run Height, bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the western right-of-way line of Me' de Drive (a 50.00'
right-of-way), at the line of Lot No. 41, said point being located so h thirty-seven
degrees, fifteen minutes, zero seconds West (S 370 15' 00" W) a dis ance ofthree
hundred twenty-five feet (325.00') from the terminus of a curve co necting said western
right-of-way line of Meade Drive with the southern right-of-way Ii of Ridge Avenue (a
50.00' right-of-way); thence from said point of Beginning, by said estern right-of-way
line South thirty-seven degrees, fifteen minutes, zero seconds Wes (S 370 IS' 00" W) a
distance of one hundred ten feet (110.00') to a point; thence by Lot o. 39 North fifty-
two degrees, forty-five minutes, zero seconds West (N 520 45' 00" ) a distance of one
hundred fifty feet (150.00') to a point; thence by land now or late 0 Charles F. and Ruth
A. Hoy North thirty-seven degrees, fifteen minutes, zero seconds ast (N 370 15' 00" E)
a distance of one hundred ten feet (110.00') to a point; thence by L t No. 41 South fifty-
two degrees, forty-five minutes, zero seconds East (S 520 45' 00" ) a distance of one
hundred fifty feet (150.00') to a point on the western right-of-way ine of Meade Drive,
the place of Beginning. Said tract contains 16,500.00 sq. ft. or 0.3 88 acres.
