WHEREAS, Sunday Trust, c/o Mette Evans & Woodside of 3401 orth Front Street, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania 17110-0950, is about to enter into a contract with . S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., of
1000 Bent Creek Boulevard, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17 50 for the construction of
Renovations to the building located at 1170 Harrisburg Pike, iddlesex Township, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, May 25, 2006, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Sun ay Trust (c/o Mette Evans &
Woodside) to the said R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making 0 the said contract with R. S.
Mowery & Sons, Inc., and the further consideration of One Dollar to . S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., paid
by Sunday Trust (c/o Mette Evans & Woodside) it is agreed that n lien shall be filed against the
building or property by the contractor, nor any subcontractor, nor y any of the material men or
workmen nor any other person for any labor, or materials purchas d, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the completion of said building, the right to file such iens being expressly waived.
WITNESS our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
