STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

WITNESSETH THAT:
The Contractor by instrument dated
entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction of a single family dwelling'
.situatedon Lot #215, known as 516 Jacob Lane, Mechanicsburg', Hampden
Twp., Cumberland Co., PA
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in consideration of the awarding to him
of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land, together with
improvements, situated in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows=
BEGINNING at a point on the Western right-of-way line of Jacob Lane
(50.00 feet wide), said point being located at the Southeastern
corner of Lot No. 214 of Phase V} then along said right-of-way line
on the arc of a circle, curving to the left, having a radius
175.00 feet, and an arc length of 90.00 feet, to a point at the
Northeastern corner of Lot No. 216~ then along the Northern
boundary line of Lot No. 216} South 48 degrees 44 minutes
seconds West, for a distance of 114.76 feet, to a point in line
Lot No. 210 of Phase VI} then partially along said Lot No. 210 of
Phase VI and along Lot No. 211 of Phase VI, and through a
Sewer Easement, North 40 degrees 31 minutes 49 seconds West, for a
distance of 150.00 feet, to a point in line of Lot No. 213 of Phase
V} then along said Lot No. 213 North 79 degrees 00 minutes
seconds for a distance of 22.00 feet, to a point at the
Southwestern corner of Lot No. 214 of Phase V} then along the
Southern boundary line of Phase V, North 75 degrees 04 minutes 01
second East, for a distance of 113.26 feet, to a point and the
place of BEGINNING.
This piece, parcel or lot of land contains approximately 13,756.00
square feet of land, has an address of 516 Jacob Lane,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, and is kaown and n~mbered as Lot
No. 215 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Good Hope Fa~s South -
Phase VII, which is recorded in Cumberland County in Plan Book 83,
Page 64.
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO:
(a) Any and all easements, licenses, leases, exceptions,
reservations, covenants, agreements, conveyances and
restrictions which affect the premises and are visible by
inspection of the premises.
(b) Any and all easements, licenses, leases, exceptions,
reservations, covenants, agreements, conveyances and
restrictions contained in any and all prior documents,
agreements, instruments, deeds, grants and conveyances
affecting the premises.
(c) The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, recorded
in Cumberland County in Miscellaneous Book 626, Page 182 as
may be applicable to the above described property.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH The McNaughton Company, a
Pennsylvania Corporation, by deed dated ~ ~CH ~71 ~oo~ and
to be recorded simultaneously herewith and immediately prior hereto
in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office granted and
conveyed unto Shu-Hsien Yeh and An-Chi Yu, the Mortgagors herein.
