day ~006, upon consideration of the Petition for Removal
of Administratrix Pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. S3182, the Rule issued on May 10, 2006 is hereby made
absolute and said Petition is GRANTED, Kathy L. Smith is hereby removed as Administratrix of the estate
of Donald H. Schwartz, she may not collect commission from the estate, and judgment is hereby entered
for the estate of Donald H. Schwartz and against Kathy L. Smith in the amount of six thousand dollars
($6,000.00) plus interest to be calculated from the date the withdrawals were made, plus the costs for
\ bringing the instant Petition.
