SEVENTH: I give and bequeath all my costume jewelry, clothes, and miscellaneous personal property, including all contents of my drawers and cupboards, to my nieces and nephews who are mentioned in this, my Last Will and Testament, to be divided among them as they desire. I request those items not desired by said nieces and nephews can be donated to the BETHANY VILLAGE for its fair. EIGHTH: I request that all other furniture not specifically bequeathed shall be sold at auction. MILLER SCHOLARSHIP. The funds are to be used to help defray tuition costs for students at the seminary. The scholarship is to be established and administered by the appropriate officials of the CHRISTIAN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY using their good judgment. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the residue of my estate shall pass to the CHRISTIAN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY, currently located at 1 000 West 42nd Street, Post Office Box 88267, Indianapolis, Indiana 46209-0876, with said funds to be placed in the Scholarship Fund established under paragraph Thirteenth of this, my Last Will and Testament. C. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the residue of my estate shall pass to the PERRYHA WKIN CHRISTIAN CHURCH, currently located at Perryhawkin Church Road, Princess Anne, Maryland, 21852, to be used for general purposes.
