STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS I

HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., hereinaft~r referred to as
Contractor,
AND
BRIAN M. NELSON and NANCY L. NELSON, husband d wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor ndertook and agreed
to erected and construct a single family dwelling situate in
Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, pennsyl ania and more fully
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached he eto and made a part
hereof known as Lot 32, Chelsea Lane, Carlisl , PA 17013.

NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT W:ITNESSET I That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the s of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the recei t whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideratio mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or. their subcontractors, and all partie acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechan'c's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurten t thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnish d by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, t wards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said b ildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, fo itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontracto s and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or cla'ms against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent cov nant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Townsh p, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with the Fi al Subdivision Plan for
Kings Gap Estates recorded on April 10, 1992, in the hereinafter amed Recorder's Office
in Plan Book 64, Page 48. etc., as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the western right of way line of 60 foot ide Chelsea Lane at the
dividing line between Lot No. 31 and Lot No. 32; thence along said estern right of way line
of 60 foot wide Chelsea Lane South 12 degrees 42 minutes 52 se nds West, a distance of
178.19 feet to a point in the dividing line between Lots Nos. 32 nd 33; thence along tbe
dividing line between Lots Nos. 32 and 33 North 78 degrees 22 m nutes 17 seconds West a
distance of 299.02 feet to a point in the dividing line between Lot Nos, 32 and 35; thence
along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 32 and 35 and continui g along the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 32 and 40 North 08 degrees 51 minutes 28 se onds East a distance of
160.00 feet to a point in the dividing line between Lots Nos. 32 nd 31; thence along the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 32 and 31 South 81 degrees 45 m nutes 23 seconds East a
distance of 310.67 feet to a point in the western right of way Iin of 60 feet wide Chelsea
Lane, the Place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE DESCRlBED lot of land is all of Lot No. 32 as sh wn on said Subdivision
Plan for Kings Gap Estates recorded as aforesaid.

PA 17013.
