STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

SCOTT F. WHALEN AND LISA M. ANKABRANDT, husband nd wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owners. Where y the contractor
undertook and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the
certain lot of ground situate in North M'ddleton Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of pennsylvan' a, and more fully
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached her to and made a part
hereof known as Lot #2 Final Subdivision Plan f r Mary K. Barrick,
Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum 0 ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, .himself or them elves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties actin through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's Ii s or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of the against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant hereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, to ards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said bu. ldings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for . tself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file. and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument. waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT certain tract ofIand situate in North Middleton T wnship,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as ollows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the western right of ay line of Airport
Drive at the dividing line of Lot 2 herein conveyed and Lot 3 as shown on the
hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan; thence along said rig t of way line, North
58 degrees 41 minutes 22 seconds West, a distance of 392.10 fee to a concrete
monument; thence North 59 degrees 56 minutes 28 seconds We t, a distance of 95.03
feet to a point; thence following a curve to the left, with a radiu of 505.09 feet and
an arc length of 173.82 feet to a point on the property line of la ds now or formerly
of Lloyd K. Farrands; thence along lands of Lloyd K. Farrand North 10 degrees 15
minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 161. 75 feet to a point; th nce continuing
