WHEREAS, BRET L. ALGER and TERESA A. REDF RD, of Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneous y herewith, a contract, with S.A.
HOMES, INC. of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the construction of a Horn upon a lot ofland situate (See
Legal Description attached hereto and made a part hereof)
NOW, this I Z t., of frla /' ' 2006, at the tim of and immediately before the
execution ofthe principal contract, and before any authority has been giv by the said Owners to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of
the making of the said contract with Owners, and the further consideratio of One Dollar to Contractor paid
by Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other p son for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said oundation, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.
