Beatty 101 Meadows Road Newville,Pa.17241 INSTALLMENT PAYMENT AGREEMENT $19,394.71 Shi ensbur, Pennsylvania October 28, 2004 In installments as hereinafter stated, or value received, Ilwe, promise to pay to Cumberland V lley Cooperative Association, 908 Mt. Rock Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, the sum of Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Ninet Four Dollars and Seventy One Cents ($19,394.71) with intere t on the unpaid principal at the rate of 10.0 percent per ann from date hereof until paid in full. Said principal sum and interest shall be payable in equal successive monthly instal ments of $500.00 each, commencing on the 25th day of ovember,2004, and continuing until October 25, 2008, at whic time any unpaid balance of principal hereof and all intere t accrued thereon shall be due and payable in full. All payme ts shall first be applied to interest due, with the balance to be applied to principal. Upon default in payment of any such installments or of interest when due, or upon failure of the makers to pay for each purchase on or before the date of their n xt purchase from Cumberland Valley Cooperative Association, he whole of the principal sum then remaining unpaid and al interest accrued thereon, shall, at the option of the hold r hereof, become immediately due and payable, without demand no ice.
