to execute a contract with FCM BUILDERS. INC. ,whos principal business address is _

single family dwelling upon lands situate at 1510 Thompson Lane, Meehan csburg, Cumberland COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA, and more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit. . attached hereto and made a

by FCM BUILDERS, INC. to colnmence work on saId acllltles, or purchase matenals
for same, in consideration of making of the above-described Contract with FCM BUILDERS, INC., Owner,
and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to the general contr ctor by FCM BUILDERS, INC.,
Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no iens or claims shall be filed or
maintained against the Owner's facilities and the land above-described, or pan FCM BUILDERS, INC., the
Owner, by the general,contractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any 0 the materialmen or workmen,
or any other person acting through or under them, for or on account of an labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or mat!,rials purchased for, towards, in or about the ere ion, construction, design and
improvement of said facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right 0 have, file and maintain such
liens or claims against the facilities, the land above-described, and FCM BUI DERS, INC., the Owner, being
hereby expressly waived by the general contractor for itself, its subc ntractors, all materialmen, or
workmen and other acting through or under them.

BEGINNING at a point in the center line of public road leading from J Slate Hill-Lisburn Road
to the Fulling Mill, said point being 306.00 feet measured eastwardly al~ng the center line of said
