STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, KENNETH R. WAIDELICH and SABRINA A SPIRITO (OWNERS),
are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract 'th MADISON & SONS
CONSTRUCTION, LLC (CONTRACTOR), for the executi n of a home situate in
Carlisle, South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pe sylvania, more
particularly bounded and described on the attached Exhibit "A' .
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of t e principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners t the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for he same, in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the fu her consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00), to be paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lie shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any Subcontractor, nor by an of the material-men or
workmen or any person for any labor, or materials purchased, r extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file s ch liens being expressly
waived.

Miscellaneous Book No. 727, Page No. 1165, and the Declar tion of Easements and
