STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, CCS Federal, LLC, with a principal place ofbusine located at P. O. Box 0888,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17001, entered into a written contract on June 2
2006 with Pyramid Construction Services, Inc, of 4425 Valley Road, Su te 100, Enola, Pennsylvania
17025, for construction of an approximately 11,000 sq, ft, one-story m dical facility located at the
corner of SI. Johns Drive and Carlisle Pike, Camp Hill, Cumberland Coun ,Pennsylvania, as more
particularly described on Exhibit "A".
NOW, June 2 , 2006, before any auth ity has been given by the
said CCS Federal, LLC to commence work on the said medical facility, or urchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Pyramid Co struction Services, Inc,
and the further consideration of One Dollar to Pyramid Construction Servi es, Inc. paid by CCS
Federal, LLC, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by he contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other pers for any labor, or
materials purchases, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection 0 said building, the right
to file such liens being expressly waived,

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot, piece or parcel of land situate in HaJpen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described afollows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a steel pipe located along the western right-of- ay of St. Johns Drive,
said pipe being located approximately 200 feet north of the int rsection of St. Johns
Drive and Carlisle Pike (SR 1010); thence along the western ri ht-of-way of St. Johns

5, South 86 degrees 34 minutes 56 seconds West a distance f 12.42 feet to a point;
6. South 03 degrees 47 minutes 44 seconds East a distance 0 18,81 feet to a point;
Thence along the northern right-of-way of Carlisle Pike (SR 10 0), South 86 degrees 12
minutes 16 seconds West a distance of 393,31 feet to a point; t ence along lands now
or formerly of SA V Limited, North 21 degrees 23 minutes 01 se onds West a distance
of 209.81 feet to a point; thence along lands now or formerly of AV Limited and lands
now or formerly of Roy and Millicent Stare, North 86 degrees 1 minutes 16 seconds
East a distance of 491.43 feet to a steel pipe, being the place 0 BEGINNING,
