The petition of the undersigned respectfully represents that:
Your petitioner is over 18 years of age and the personal representative named in the last will of
the above decedent, dated February 27, 1980.
Decedent was domiciled at death in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, with his last family or
principal residence at 5 Penny Lane, Enola, P A 17025.
Decedent, then 66 years of age, died Saturday, February 25, 2006, at Holy Spirit Hospital, 503
North 21St Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
Decedent did not marry, was not divorced, and did not have a child born or adopted after
execution of the will offered for probate, was not the victim of a killing, and was never adjudicated
incompetent.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

LARRY A. MORRISON, SR.

I, LARRY A. MORRISON, SR. of East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any will previously made
by me.
I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses out of my estate as soon as may be practical
after my death.
II - I devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever
nature and wherever situate unto my wife, Darlene K. !1orrison,
providing she survives me by ninety (90) days.
III - Should my said wife fail to be living on the
ninetyfirst day following my death, then I devise and bequeath
my entire estate of every nature and wherever situate in three
equal shares unto my three children, Lisa Ann Morrison, Tammy E.
Morrison and Larry A. Morrison, Jr., the share of any child who
predeceases me to be distributed to his or her issue and should
no issue survive, then to the surviving child or children named
in this paragraph.

IV - Should any child taking under this will or other-
wise be under the age of 25 years at my death, then all of my
property which passes to that child shall be held IN TRUST by
DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The trustee, as well as my executor, is hereby authorized to
retain, unconverted, any property, real or personal, that I may
own at my death and shall be under no duty to convert the same
into legal investments. The trustee shall have the power and
authority to hold manage, invest and reinvest and to pay over
the net income of the trust property to or for the use and
benefit of said child, or to accumulate the same, in the sole
discretion of the trustee. The trustee is also authorized to
pay over to or for the use and benefit of such child, such
portion of or all of the principal of the trust estate as, in

its sole discretion, seems proper for the support, maintenance
and education of said child. My primary objective is the
support, maintenance and education of such child until said
child reaches the age of 25 years, at which time whatever
remains of the income and principal of the trust estate shall be
distributed to said child. Should any child for whom a trust
has been formed pursuant to this provision die before the age of
25 years, then the remaining proceeds in that child's trust
shall be distributed to his or her issue and should there be no
issue, then to any other child who took under this will who is
living on the date of said child's death.
v - Should neither my wife nor any child or issue
survive me to take under this will, or in the event all of my
children shall die without issue prior to their reaching the age
of 25 years, the principal shall continue to be held in trust by
the DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY for my wife's mother,
Margaret E. McCauslin, for life. My trustee shall have the
right at its sole and absolute discretion to distribute to her
out of income, or principal to the extent income is insufficient,
up to $2,400.00 annually, said distributions to be made no more
often than quarterly. As a guide to my trustee, it is my desire
and request that such distributions not be made if she is in
institutional care, the costs of which are borne by government
programs, except that said distributions may be made if necessary
to qualify her for those programs. Upon the death of said
Margaret E. McCauslin, the remaining estate shall be distributed
to the Elizabethtown Crippled Childrens Home.
VI - I appoint my wife, Darlene K. Morrison, Executrix
of this, my Last will and Testament. Should my said wife fail to
qualify or cease to act as such, then I appoint Dauphin Deposit
Bank and Trust Company to act in this capacity. Neither of my
personal representatives shall be required to post bond in this
or any jurisdiction.
