The Defendant(s) agreed to be responsible for payment of interest, reasonable attorney's fees, and all court and collection costs incurred by Plaintiff in the event of default. 5. That the Defendant(s) defaulted under the terms of the loan. 6. As of the date of this Complaint, the remaining balance due, owing, and unpaid on Defendant's loan balance with Plaintiff is the sum of $7,365.28. A true and correct copy of a Statement of Account identifying the balance due and owing to Plaintiff is attached hereto, incorporated herein, and marked as Exhibit "A."
