WHEREAS, Pramod K. Arikeri and Soumya Arikeri, of Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
McNaughton Homes, for the erection of a dwelling residence upon a lot ofland situate in and
known as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ot land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
and bounded and described as tollows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern right-ot-way line ot AdBm Lane (50.00 teet wide), said point being located
at the Southwestern corner of Lot NO. 88; then along the Southern boundary line of Lot NO. 88 Bnd through a
proposed 20.00 foot wide drainage easement, North 69 degrees 45 minutes 19 seconds East, for a distance of
105.00 feet to a point in line of other lands now or formerly of The McNaughton Company; then along said
lands, South 20 degrees 14 minutes 41 seconds East, for a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the
Northeastern corner of Lot No. 90; then Blong same, South 69 degrees 45 minutes 19 seconds West, and
through said proposed 20.00 foot wide drainage easement, for a distBnce of 105.00 feet to a point on the
Eastern right-of-way line of Adam Lane; then along said AdBm Lane, North 20 degrees 14 minutes 41 seconds
West, for a distancB of 100.00 feet, to a point and the place of BEGINNING.
This piece, parcel or lot of land contains approximBtely 10, 500 squBre feet of land and is known and numbered
as Lot #89, on Final Subdivision Plan for Good Hope Farms South, Phase XIII, which is recorded in Plan Book
92, Page 34.
BEING further known as 488 Adam Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO:
(a) Any and all easBments, licenses, leBses, exception, reservations, covenants, Bgreements,
conveyances and restriction which affect the premises and Bre visible by inspection of the premises.
(b). Any and all easements, licenses, leB5eS, exceptions, reservations, covenBnts, agreements,
conveyances and restrictions contained in any and all prior documents, Bgreements, instruments, deeds,
granted and conveyances affecting the premises.
(c). The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions recorded in Cumberland County in MiscellanBous Book
726, Page 1393 and may be applicable to the above described property.
BEING the same premises which The McNaughton Company, by its deed intended to be recorded herewith,
granted and conveyed unto Pramod K. Arikeri and Soumya Arikeri, owners/mortgagors herein.

execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to
the said Contractor, to commence work on the said building or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of
One dollar, to Contractor), paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or
any other person for any labor, or materials purchase, or extra labor or materials purchased for
the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
