AND NOW, this 21 st day of June, 2006, upon consideration of the affidavit of
Julis Nitecki, M.D., that Robert D. Young's physical appearance at the hearing
scheduled for June 22, 2006 at 11 :00 a.m. would cause him both physical and mental
harm,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that pursuant to the provisions of
20 Pa.C.S.A. 95511 (a) Robert D. Young will remain at the Carlisle Regional Medical
Center and will not be transported to the aforementioned hearing.
