1. Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach
Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-5, is the owner of premises known as 26 Maple Avenue Walnut Bottom PA
17266, more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit I.
2. Plaintiff claims title to the aforesaid property by virtue of a Sheriffs sale held on
June 7, 2006 in the execution of a judgment in mortgage foreclosure obtained in the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County, Docket No. 05-1116 where plaintiff was the successful bidder, and
became the owner of the said property.
3. Plaintiff, by virtue of the aforesaid title, is the owner in fee of the said premises, and
is entitled to possession thereof The defendants Robert L. Shoff or occupants are occupying the said
premises without right, and so far as the plaintiff is informed, without claim of title.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff brings this suit and seeps to recover possession of said
premises.

distance of 16.9 feet to a post; thauw along lands now or formerly of Lena B, Thrush Fstate and being
Tract No. 2 hereinntor described, North 41 degrac 30 minutes Wast, a distance of 83.4 feet to a stake,
theme continuing by lands now or formerly of Lena B. Thrush Lttats and being Tract No. 2 hereinafter
described, North 51 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of 147.6 fed to the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAUgNG 0.55 now.
TRACT' NO. 2: BOUNDED on the East by the public mad leading from Jacksonville to the Stougbstawn
public road also known as Maple Avenue, on the North and Wcat by lands now or formerly of the Estate
of Lmm B. Thrush, being Tract No. I htaeinaiter described; and on the South by land now or formerly of
John Killinger and Mae KillIDger, his wife, oonigiuing one-fourth wic, more or less.
The above two tracts of land oontainiug a total frontage of 96 feet more or less, and being improved with
a dwelling house, known as 26 Maple Avenue, Walnut Bortom, South Newton Township, Gltrbertand
Couoty, Penmsyharria_
AND BEING the same premises which were sold to DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST
COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-5 by the
Sheriff of CUMBERLAND County on June 7, 2006 in execution of a judgment in mortgage
foreclosure entered in the Court of Common Pleas of CUMBERLAND County in the matter of
