RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY TO PERMIT VISITATION
AND NOW, this 21 st day of June, 2006, upon consideration of Howard and
Virginia Taylor's Petition for Order Requiring Residential Care Facility to Permit
Visitation, and after a status conference with counsel,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the parties submit to the Court
on or before June 27, 2006, their proposals regarding the least restrictive means of
allowing visitation while minimizing agitation to the Taylors, said proposals may include
supervision of such visits by a neutral individual. Upon review of the proposals, the
Court will determine the necessity for further hearing.
IT IS FUTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that in the interim, the Ecumenical
Community is directed to permit one unsupervised visit with the Taylors at the
Ecumenical Community by each of the following couples on the date indicated:
1. Sidney and Bobbet Shuey are permitted to visit on Thursday, June 22, 2006;
2. Bernadette and AI Burch are permitted to visit on Saturday, June 24, 2006;
3. Robert and Lucille Morret are permitted to visit on Monday, June 26, 2006.
