AND NOW, this 22nd day of June, 2006, upon request of
counsel for the alleged incapacitated person, Robert D. Young,
Doctor John Hume is appointed to make an independent evaluation
regarding Mr. Young's capacity.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that while this
independent evaluation is to be conducted, it will in no way
interfere with any required treatment or placement of the alleged
incapacitated person, Robert D. Young.
