PETITION FOR ORDER TO DISBURSE ESTATE ASSETS
NOW COMES Petitioner Glenwood Brown, Jr., by and through his attorney, Susan
K. Pickford, Esq. and requests the release of Estate Assets to Petitioner for the benefit of
his minor son, Christopher Jr. Brown, and states the following in support thereof:
1. Petitioner Glenwood Brown, Jf. is the biological son of the Decedent.
2. Christopher Jr. Brown (DOB 11/21/98) is the minor child of Petitioner.
3. Christopher Jf. Brown is the titled co-owner of assets in the form of bonds with
the Decedent.
4. The attorney for the Estate requires a court order to release the assets belonging to
the minor child to a specific parent or guardian since the parents are separated
pending divorce. Inasmuch as the inheritance runs through Petitioner's blood
line, Petitioner believes that the assets should be released to him for the benefit of
the minor child.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable Court to Order the
release of assets titled in the minor child's name to Petitioner for the benefit of the minor
child.
