WH REAS, Omphanidhar Nadirnpalli and Priyanka Nadirnpalli, ofHarnpden Township,
Cumb land County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract
with M Naughton Homes, for the erection of a dwelling residence upon a lot of land situate in
and 1m wn as:
BEGINNIN at a point on the Eastern right of way line of Adam Lane (50.00 feet wide), said point being located
at the Sout estern comer of Lot No. 90; then along the Southern boundary line of Lot No. 90 and through a
proposed 2 .00 foot wide drainage easement, North 71 degrees 46 minutes 34 seconds East, for a distance of
105.17 feet, to a point in line of other lands now or formerly of The McNaughton Company; then along said
lands, Sout 20 degrees 14 minutes 41 seconds East, for a distance of 45.00 feet, to a point along same; then
South 20 d rees 46 minutes 27 seconds East, for a distance of 98.04 feet to a point; then South 69 degrees
13 minutes 3 seconds West, for a distance of 60.00 feet to a point and North 78 degrees 22 minutes 27
seconds W st, for a distance of 110.00 feet, to a point on the Eastern right of way line of Adam Lane; then
along said r ght of way line on at the arc of a circle curving to the left, having a radius of 175.00 feet and an arc
length of 91 17 feet, to a point and the place of BEGINNING.
ALL THAT ERTAIN piece or parcel or lot of land together with improvements, situated in Hampden Township,
Cumberlan County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
This piece, arcel or lot of land contains approximately 17,262 square feet of land and is known and numbered
as lot NO.9 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Good Hope Farms South - Phase XIII which is recorded in
Cumberlan county in Plan Book 92, Page 34.
BEING the ame premises which The McNaughton Company by its deed intended to be recorded herewith,
granted an conveyed unto Nadimpalli and Priyanka Nadimpalli, owners/mortgagors herein.
