This piece, arcel or lot of land contains approximately 10,752 square feet of land and is known as Lot 90 on the final subdiv ion plan for Good Hope Farms South - Phase XIII, which is recorded in Cumberland County in Plan Book 92, P ge 34. BEING part of the same premises which The McNaughton Company, by their deed to be recorded herewith, granted an conveyed unto Laxmi Narashimha Rao Buddineni and Deepika Buddineni, owners/mortgagors herein.
