Towns ip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith,
a con ct with McNaughton Homes, for the erection of a dwelling residence upon a lot of land
situate n and known as:
ERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land, together with improvements, situated in Hampden Township,
County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
at a point on the Eastern right of way line of Adam Lane (50.00 feet), said point being located at
the South stern corner of Lot No. 89; then along the Southern boundary line of Lot No. 89 and through a
proposed 2 .00 foot wide drainage easement, North 69 degrees 45 minutes 19 seconds East, 105.00 feet to a
point in Iin of other lands now or formerly of The McNaughton Company; then along said lands, South 20
degrees 14 minutes 41 seconds East, 104.24 feet to a point at the Northeastern corner of Lot No. 91; then
along the rthern boundary line of Lot No. 91, South 71 degrees 46 minutes 34 seconds West and through
said propo d 20.00 foot wide drainage easement, 105.17 feet to a point on the Eastern right of way line of
Adam Lan then along said right of way line, North 20 degrees 14 minutes 41 seconds West, 94.36 feet to a
point and t place of BEGINNING.
This piece, arcel or lot of land contains approximately 10,752 square feet of land and is known as Lot 90 on the
final subdiv ion plan for Good Hope Farms South - Phase XIII, which is recorded in Cumberland County in Plan
Book 92, P ge 34.
BEING part of the same premises which The McNaughton Company, by their deed to be recorded herewith,
granted an conveyed unto Laxmi Narashimha Rao Buddineni and Deepika Buddineni, owners/mortgagors
herein.
