STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 1l.J -nI day of JwvG ,~Mfq , by
an between Matthew Ludt TDBA Matthew Ludt Construction., a Sole Proprietorship,
her inafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Craig A. Wilson, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook
and agreed to erect and construct a single family detached residence on that certain lot of
gro d situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known
and numbered as Lot #7, Woodland Drive, Mount Holly Springs and as more particularly
set orth and described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made part hereof.
Now therefore, this Agreement witnesseth: That the said Contractor, for and in
con ideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the
rec ipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agr ement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting
thr gh or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
file or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
gro nd appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by
the or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the
ere ion and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said
Co tractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly
wai e and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
aga st the said buildings or any of them and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of r n, shall be an independent covenant.

Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows,

BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northwest corner of Lot No.7 as shown on

ormerly of Lee A. March to an existing iron pin; thence North 69 degrees II
inutes 28 seconds West a distance of 158.20 feet to an existing iron pin on the

econds East a distance of 14.38 feet to a point; thence North 71 degrees 38
