Betz ("Owners") and all that certain tract ofland including improvements thereon, wned by the Owners and described as follows: 121 North Sporting Hill Road Mechanicsburg, P A 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-20-1844 Parcel No.: 128 or unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from May 1, 2005 through June 20, 2006, Said rvices were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances hapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended.
