MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER FEES Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim for sewer user fees against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Robert P. Keller of 834 Middle Road, Hammonton, NJ 08037, with the address of the subject property at the following: 1803 Sterretts Gap Avenue Carlisle, PA 17013 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for accrued sewage user fees in the amount of $783.90. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from April 2, 2002 and costs of filing are also claimed. BEING bound and designated as Lot No. 2 in the Final Subdivision Plat of Lands of LouAnn Belt, as recorded in the Recorder's Office of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book Volume 77, Page 109. Being designated as part of Tax Parcel No. 29-17-1585-210. BEING part of the same premises which LouAnn Hair, Executrix of the Estate of Paul M. McClintock, deceased, by her deed dated May 16, 1997, and recorded in the Reoorder's Office of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book 157, page 860, granted and conveyed unto LouAnn Hair, single woman, Grantor herein. TOGETHER with all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, end the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof; AND ALSO all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoeveer, both in law and equity, of the said premises, and every part and parcel thereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with all and singular. the appurtenances, unto the said Party of the Second Part, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Party of the Second Part, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns, forever.
