Dear Mr. Tiley:
I am in receipt of your letter of June 8, 2006, and the Amended Schedule
of Proposed Distribution. After reviewing the same I have determined to accept
the Amended Proposed Schedule of Distribution, and I will not file any objections
or exceptions to it. I understand that by doing so I will receive a final distribution
of $127,483.33, instead of the larger amount set forth in the original Schedule of
Proposed Distribution which was sent to me under cover of letter from Ms. Burke
at M & T Investment Group, dated May 19, 2006.
