and the consents of all ofthe beneficiaries of the Estate of Wendell E. Wingard, deceased, to the
appointment of Lisa L. Uffelman as substitute Trustee, it is hereby ORDERED that Lisa L.
Uffelman is appointed substitute Trustee for the Trust to be established for the benefit of Julia A.
Uffelman pursuant to Paragraph 4(f) of the Last Will and Testament of Wendell E. Wingard
dated September 22,2000.
Lisa L. Uffelman shall not be required to post bond as substitute Trustee.
