THIS AGREEMENT made this

STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

INC., hereinafter referred to
by
as
AND
BRENT W. ROLAND and JENNIFER S. ROLAND, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a single family dwelling
situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
of pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot 6, 113 Ley ton
Way, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1. 00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
~cderthem,covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims

s'<.i.tg'bu'ildings 'andht,he lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
acc9u'9t 6f.any~wcr~ done or materials furnished by them or any of

the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themsel ves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which has heretofore been submitted

Community ("First Amendment"), dated April 28, 1999, recorded April 28, 1999, in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Misc. Book 611,
Page 193, and as amended by Second Amendment to Declaration for Undenwood, a
Planned Community ("Second Amendment"), dated April 17, 2002, recorded April 19,
2002, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Misc.
Book 686, Page 2571, designated in such I>eclaration (as amended by tbe First Amendment
and Second Amendment) as Lot No.6 (Identifying Number), described in Section 2.2 of the
Declaration (as amended by the First Amendment and Second Amendment) and shown
(and described) in Exbibit Ii: of the Declaration, li:xhibit B-1 of the First Amendment or
