Investments, Inc, of 1615 County Line Road, York Springs, PA 17372, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Keystone Concrete and Paving, Contractor, of C.<A k I( , for the construction of roads and other site wor upon a lot of I d situate in Lower AIlen Township, CmnberIand County, more fully described in attached Exhibit "A", NOW, June 2L, 2006, at the time and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said site, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One DoIlar to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shaIl be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workers or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived, WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid, Witness: Keystone oncrete 80'.8ving, Contractor By: G Pe'i Y'oc; rSo 0<--" . EXHIBIT A ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the northeastern comer of the tract of land herein described said iron pin also being at the southeastern comer ofland conveyed unto Edward Q, Allison and Janet L. Allison, his wife, by deed of Ada Snyder, widow, dated October 8, 1973 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's office in Deed Book "M', Volume 25, Page 370; thence along the line of a tract of land known as Linden Gardens, South 02 degrees 17 minutes East, 391.84 feet to a point; thence along the line ofland now or formerly ofB & K Industries, North 86 degrees 43 minutes West 53.32 feet to a point; thence along the same North 80 degrees 20 minutes West 139,02 feet to a point; thence along the same, North 42 degrees 18 minutes West 70,75 feet to a point; thence along the same, North 08 degrees 36 minutes West 282,95 feet to a point; thence along the line of land now or formerly of Edward Q. Allison and Janet L. Allison, his wife, North 82 degrees 53 minutes East, 266,62 feet to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING CONTAINING 2,03 acres of land, according to a survey made D,P, Raffensperger Associates, dated December 17, 1974, #297-139-A, a copy of the same being attached to a deed recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office of Cumberland County, In Deed Book E, Volume 26, at Page 923.
