ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 7th day of July, 2006, upon consideration of Petitioner's Petition
for Order To Disperse Estate Assets, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1) a hearing on the appointment of Glenwood Brown, Jr., as trustee of the Estate
of Glenwood Brown Sr., as well as any other matter relevant to disbursing the
estate's assets, is set for Monday, August 28, 2006, at 3:00 p.m.,
in Courtroom Number 1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania;
2) Petitioner shall provide notice of said hearing to interested party Susanne
Clemens, a beneficiary of the estate, William A. Duncan, Esquire, the attorney for
the estate, and the mother of Christopher Junior Brown, a minor beneficiary of the
estate;
3) Stephen J. Hogg, Esq., is appointed guardian ad litem for the minor beneficiary
Christopher Junior Brown.
