ITEM I: I hereby give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) unto SCOTT E. MILLER and LILA M. MILLER, or their survivor, in recognition of their offers of assistance. ITEM II: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate I give, devise, and bequeath as follows: A. Five percent (5%) to the LEWISBERRY FIRE COMPANY, Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, for the general uses and purposes of said Company; B. Five percent (5%) to the NEWBERRY TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT, Etters, Pennsylvania, for the general uses and purposes of said Company; C. Thirty-one percent (31%) to the HELEN O. KRAUSE ANIMAL FOUNDATION, for the general uses and purposes of the Foundation; D. ~hirty-one percent (31%) to DICKINSON COLLEGE, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the general uses and purposes of the College; and E. Twenty-eight percent (28%) to the ANNIE E. STERLINE LIBRARY, Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, for the general uses and purposes of the Library. ITEM III: All estate, inheritance and other death taxes, together with interest and penalties thereon, payable with respect to property or interests passing under my will or any codicil thereto, shall be paid out of the principal of my residuary estate without apportionment. It is my intention that any tax due upon the legacies hereunder of finite amount shall be borne pro-rata by the remaindermen, and shall not be borne by the specific legatees, even though the remainderman may be non- taxable charities. ITEM IV: I appoint JAMES D. CAMERON, ESQ., as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. I direct that my Executor shall not be required to furnish security in any jurisdiction. SECOND: In place of the gift to Glenn Orris of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) contained in my Codicil dated October 17, 2001, I hereby substitute, instead, the following gift to Glenn, so that Item I shall now read: "ITEM I: I hereby give, devise, and bequeath my real property located at 215 South Street, Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, as well as all of my tangible personal property, including insurance thereon, unto GLENN ORRIS, in recognition of his numerous acts of kindness and the assistance he has provided to me." THIRD: It is my specific intention that Glenn shall not be responsible for the payment of any inheri tance tax or administrative expense related to the foregoing bequest.
