If the required 5.6 form is not filed in accordance with Rule 5.6(e) the Court will be notified of such delinquency and the undersign will request that a Court conduct a hearing to determine whether sanctions should be imposed upon the delinquent personal representative or counsel for the delinquent personal representative.
