ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 6th day of July, 2006, after hearing on the Petition to Permit
Visitation,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED:
1. The Taylors will be permitted visitation by any
individual each day during the period from 10:00 a.m.
to 1 :30 p.m. These visits shall be without supervision.
2. Visitors are specifically directed not to discuss
with the Taylors their finances, their placement in
the Ecumenical Home, their potential return
to their home on Appalachia Drive, Mechanicsburg,
or matters related to the guardianship as exercised
by the Taylor's nieces.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Guardian shall provide
Howard Taylor with a copy of the checkbook register used by the Guardian to pay the
Taylors' bills and accounts at least once per week.
