payment, has settled or compromised the claim filed in this proceeding against the above estate on
or about May 30, 2006 for account number 5458004536047994. This Satisfaction and Release of
Claim is executed to acknowledge discharge of the claim and to release the estate and the personal
representative of the estate from all further I iabi I ity with respect thereto.
HSBC Bank Nevada, N .A. may be required by law to report this settlement to one or
