SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
The accountants propose to distribute the amount for distlibution $212,919.93 ill
accordance with decedent's will. Paragraph 3 specifically devises her real estate and
certain personal property to Faye B. Herman. Paragraph 4B(3) of the will governs the
payment of the residue as the decedent's sister, Faye B. Herman survived her and Iler
sister Jean B. Mitchell predeceased her. The distribution is as follows:
