AND NOW, this 17th day of July, 2006, the request
for continuance is granted, and further hearing in this matter
is scheduled for Friday, September 8, 2006, at 8:30 a.m.,
Pending said hearing, we enter the following Temporary Order:
1. We find that patricia J. Shay is an incapacitated
person.
2. Tracy D. Shay-Snyder is appointed temporary
guardian of her person and estate. The requirements of the bond
are waived.
3. The power-of-attorney issued by patricia J. Shay
in favor of Charles E. Shay, Jr., is null and void until further
Order of this Court.
