A copy of the affidavit of Regina Wright is attached as Exhibit F. 15. The aforementioned vehicle in question has been in Plaintiff/Petitioner's possession since February 18, 2004, the approximate delivery date of the vehicle from DefendanURespondent to Plaintiff/Petitioner through 4 Dependable Auto Shippers. A copy of the order from Dependable Auto Shippers is attached as Exhibit G. 16. Plaintiff/Petitioner desires to obtain title to the above- described vehicle so as to allow Plaintiff/Petitioner to restore and drive said vehicle. 17.
