You are direct to notify Kevin W. Hoke and Yang Mi Hoke t/a Min Sok Oriental Food
Market, the Defendants, that Edward Stence and Stephanie Stence, Plaintiffs, have commenced
an action of ejectment which said Defendants are required to defend.
This action concerns the land here described as real property containing approximately
1,650 square feet in a retail center located at 3475 Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
If this land is in possession of anyone not a party, you are directed to notify him/her that
he/she has been added as a defendant and is required to defend this action.
