At the special instance and request of the defendant, plaintiff sold and delivered to the defendant merchandise and services, specifically, housing and tuition, on the dates, of the kinds, in the amounts and for the prices set forth in a true and correct copy of plaintiff I s books of original entry attached hereto, made part hereof, and marked Exhibi t "A". 2. Defendant accepted said merchandise and services without complaint. 3. The prices set forth in Exhibit "A" are the market prices for the said merchandise and services, and are the prices which the defendant agreed to pay therefor. 4. All the credits, if any, to which the defendant is entitled are set forth in Exhibit "A". 5. Plaintiff has made demand upon the defendant for payment of the amount due, but the defendant has failed and refused and still refuses to pay the same or any part thereof.
