RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Suzanne Keller of Havertown,
Pennsylvania, one of the beneficiaries of RUTH L. GRUBB, deceased, late of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, who died testate on December 22, 2004 and whose Last Will
and Testament dated March 15, 2004 was duly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on January 6,2005 and recorded to No. 2005-00008, DOES
HEREBY:
1. Acknowledge the receipt of the sum of Ninety Three Thousand Three
Hundred and 23/100 ($93,300.23) which represents payment of the bequest in paragraph No.2
of said Will which provides as follows:
"2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
property, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, of which I shall
die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, to my children,
Suzanne G. Keller, of Havertown, Pennsylvania and Edgar H. Grubb of Walnut Creek, California,
in equal shares, per stirpes."
2. Release and forever discharge Suzanne Keller, Executor of the ESTATE OF
RUTH L. GRUBB, her heirs and assigns, and the Estate of Ruth L. Grubb, deceased, of the
aforesaid payment and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and
demands whatsoever.
This instrument shall be legally binding upon the successors and assigns of Suzanne
Keller.
