The undersigned, hereby acknowledge that KATHLEEN M. WEIDMAN, Executrix of the
Estate of DOREEN E. WEIDMAN, deceased, has distributed to the undersigned cash and in kind
the amount of Three Hundred Sixty One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Seven and 41/100 Dollars
($361,447.41), as full payment of all sums due pursuant to the Estate of DOREEN E. WEIDMAN,
directs and authorizes the Clerk of the Orphan's Court Division to mark satisfied of record the
award which may be made in her individual favor.

Estate of DOREEN E. WEIDMAN, deceased, has distributed to the lUldersigned cash in the
amount of Three Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and 81/100 Dollars ($355,800.81), as
full payment of all sums due pursuant to the Estate of DOREEN E. WEIDMAN, directs and
