Dear Mr. Sohonage:
Please accept this correspondence as clarification of our recent petition for letters in the
above captioned matter.
The Petition for Letters was filed on behalf of IKOR Incorporated, and signed by our
representative Candy Booraem. Inadvertently, Ms. Booraem signed her name before
ours on the petition.
It was the original intention of IKOR Incorporated to become executor/ administrator for
this estate, and our intention remains the same. We have received our bond to serve in
this capacity, and the certificate from the bonding agency is in the mail at this time.
We would appreciate any help you could provide in clarifying this matter before the
court. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me
immediately.
