LAST WILL AND TESTAMEN1"f
I, Victor H. Negley, presently residing at 28 Creek Lane, Newville, Upper Mifflin
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241, being of sound mind, memory and
disposition, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Willl and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRS T.
I order and direct that I be cremated.
SECOND. I order and direct the payment of all my legallly enforceable debts and
funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
THIRD. I direct that all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate be sold at either public or private sale as soon as may be convenient,
expedient, and in the best interest of my estate, as determined solely by my hereinafter named
executor, and that the net proceeds of sale be distributed as follows:
A. Fifty percent (50%) to my son, MARK NEGLEY; and
B. Fifty percent (50%) to be divided equally among my grandchildren, namely,
REBECCA NEGLEY, JEREMIAH NEGLEY, JENNIFER NEGLEY,
HEATHER DETTLING, JOHN DETTLING~I MICHAEL NEGLEY,
STACY NEGLEY, and LEVI NEGLEY, on a per capita distribution
basis.
If my son, Mark Negley, predeceases me, then I give and bequeath his share as follows:
1. Fifty percent (50%) of his share to my son, LEWIS T. NEGLEY;
and
2. Fifty percent (50%) of his share to be divided equally among my
grandchildren listed in paragraph THIRD B. on a per capita
distribution basis.
FOURTH. In the event that either Heather Dettling or John Dettling is under the age of
eighteen (18) years at the time of my death, any share passing to that grandchild shall be held IN
TRUST by his or her father, STEVE DETTLING, until the grandchild attains the age of 18.

FIFTH. In the event that Levi Negley is under the age of eighteen (18) years at the
time of my death, any share passing to him shall beheld IN TRUST by his father, LEWIS T.
NEGLEY, until Levi attains the age of 18.
SIXTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, LEWIS T. NEGLEY,
presently residing at 2120 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, to be the Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament; if he be unable to fulfill the duties of Executor, I then
nominate, constitute and appoint my son, MARK NEGLEY, presently residing at 2132 North
Cochrane Road, Avon Park, Florida 33825, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
SEVENTH. I direct that my personal representative(s) shall not be required to give bond
for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
EIGHTH. I hereby direct that all federal, state and other death taxes payable because
of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not
passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with such taxes,
shall be considered a part of the expense of administration of my estate and that such be paid out
of the rest and residue of my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Victor H. Negley, have hereunto set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament, written on two (2) pages, the first page signed for identification only,
