PETITION FOR ISSUANCE OF DEPOSmON SUBPOENA
1. Petitioners, Clyde and Anne Terry, are the plaintiffs in a civil action in the Superior Court
for the State of California for the County of Solano (hereafter "Solano County Superior
Courtn). The civil docket number of this action is FCS021093.
2. The person to be subpoenaed for deposition, Ms. Delores Sheffield, is a percipient
witness in civil action FCS02 1 093 in Solano County Superior Court.
3. Petitioners desire to take the deposition of Ms. Delores Sheffield who resides at 408 Hopi
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. The Solano County Superior Court has issued a Commission for an Out of State
Deposition for Ms. Delores Sheffield, the original of which is attached hereto.
5. Pursuant to 42 Pa. C.S.A. ~5326, a court ofrecord of this Commonwealth may order a
person who is found within this Commonwealth to give testimony or to produce
documents or other things for use in a matter pending in a tribunal outside of this
Commonwealth.
6. A standard California Superior Court form deposition subpoena for Delores M. Sheffield
is attached hereto.
Wherefore, Petitioners Clyde and Anne Terry, respectfully request this Court to grant this
Petition For Issuance of Deposition Subpoena for Delores Sheffield and issue the attached
Deposition Subpoena as soon as possible.
