Defendants are Max G. Manwaring and Janet B. M~nwaring. 3. Defendants entered into a Contract dated 02/26/98 for the purchase of a 1994 Acura Integra, Vehicle Identificatioh Number JH4DB7552RSO05046, more fully described in the Contract, a copy of which is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit 4. The defendants defaulted under the terms and conditions of said contract therein by failing to make said payments as set forth, i 5. The vehicle has not been returned and defendants are in possession of the aforesaid vehicle. 6. Under the terms and conditions of said contracl vehicle is subject to be retaken by plaintiff and is sub possession and control. 7. By virtue of defendants defaulting in failing to make payment, plaintiff has elected to take possession of sa~d vehicle in order to protect its interest therein. 8.
