Contractor,

RENEE A. SZCZEPANSK:I, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby
the contractor undertook and agreed to erected and construct a
single family dwelling situate in the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and more fully described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known
as Lot 33, Wellington Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.
NOW THEREFORE, TH:IS AGREEMENT W:ITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or clai~s against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described according to Subdivision
Plan entitled "Resubdivision of Lot 32 as shown on FInal Plan No.4 of Nottingham," dated
February 1987, revised through March 4,1988, and recorded in Cumberland County Plan
Book 55, Page 9 as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right of way line of Wellington Drive (60-foot wide
rigbt of way) at the southeast corner of Lot No. 34 as shown on the above Plan; thence by
the western right of way line of Wel\ington Drive, South 20 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds
East 100 feet to a point on said right of way at the northeast corner of Lot No. 32 as shown
on the above Plan; thence by Lot No. 32, South 69 degrees 32 minutes 14 seconds West
144.48 fee3t to a point In private late; thence in said lane, North 20 degrees 14 minutes 31
seconds West 100 feet to a point in said lane at the southwest corner of Lot No. 34 as shown
on the above Plan; thence by Lot No. 34, South 69 degrees 32 minutes 14 seconds East
144.10 feet to a point on the western right of way line of Wellington Drive, the point and
place of BEGINNING.
BEING designated Lot No. 33 as shown on Plan entitled "Resubdlvision of Lot 32 as shown
on Final Plan No.4 of Nottingham," recorded as aforesaid.
